Organic Whole Wheat Timilia Ditali Rigati

Our Organic Timilia Ditali Rigati are artisan wholemeal Sicilian pasta made from ancient Timilia wheat (also known as Tumminia), grown and processed directly on our fields.

Made with just mineral water and stone-ground wholemeal semolina, they are bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures. Ditali Rigati are the classic shape for traditional legume soups and broths: small ridged tubes that capture every spoonful of sauce, enhanced by the intense character of Timilia.
